  Yes, we offer a free version of our service, with limited functionality. In many cases, the free version will be enough to monitor your website.

• Do you offer refunds?

  Yes, we offer refunds. We issue refunds within 20 days of the original purchase. You can find more details about the refund procedure on our terms and conditions page.

• How can I pay?

  You can pay with your Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, Diners Club, American Express card, or any other card from a major card issuer.

• How to cancel my subscription?

  You can cancel your subscription directly from your account. It's not necessary to contact us. If you want to continue using the service, you can re-subscribe back from your account.
