  • Do you offer refunds?

    Yes, we offer refunds. We issue refunds within 20 days of the original purchase. You can find more details about the refund procedure on our terms and conditions page.

  • How can I pay?

    You can pay with your Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, Diners Club, American Express card, or any other card from a major card issuer.

  • How to cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription directly from your account. It's not necessary to contact us. If you want to continue using the service, you can re-subscribe back from your account.

  • How do I download my invoices?

    You’ll find all your invoices in your account in the billing section. You can also change your invoice information directly from your account.

  • Can I increase my account limits and purchase additional services?

    Yes, you can purchase additional services directly from your account. You can easily add or remove services, and there’s no need to worry about the billing period. Whenever you adjust your additional services, your subscription will automatically update to ensure you’re only paying for what you use.

    Currently, the prices for additional services are as follows:

    • $0.10 per SMS/call
    • $2 per notification-only seat
    • $0.01 per status page subscriber

  • Can I choose locations for monitoring?

    Yes, you can select the locations from which you’d like to monitor your resource. In the settings of each monitor, you can enable or disable specific locations as needed.
