Currently, users may encounter delays when creating/scaling/forking and restoring Standard MySQL, Standard PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, Kafka, and Valkey clusters through the Cloud Control Panel or API. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide further updates as soon as more information is available.
