    Jun 10 · 2:43 AM Pantheon

We are continuing investigation on degraded dashboard performance and workflows. Earlier, this issue also caused brief, temporary 503 errors on a small subset of live customer environments. Our engineers have successfully resolved the 503 errors, and all live customer websites are currently online and serving traffic normally. Our team has identified the root cause and is actively working to restore dashboard access and workflow stability. We recommend pausing the deploying of new code to environments until the issue is resolved, at least if you experience issues. If you have any questions, please contact Pantheon Support.

A fix has been deployed, and the Pantheon Dashboard is now running normally with stable loading times. All platform background workflows have also returned to baseline operational levels. If you previously experienced a failed dashboard action or a stuck workflow, please reload your dashboard and retry the task now. Our Engineering team is monitoring the environment closely to ensure performance remains stable and to confirm the issue is completely resolved. We will provide a final update once the resolution is verified. If you continue to experience any performance degradation after reloading, please contact us directly at helpdesk@pantheon.io.
