    EN: We are currently investigating VoIP quality issues affecting some customers since June 18, 2026. The issue appears to be related to a network problem. Impacted users may experience robotic voice or loss of audio during calls. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide updates as soon as possible. FR: Nous recontrons actuellement sur des problèmes de qualité VoIP affectant certains clients depuis le 18 juin 2026. Le problème semble lié à un souci de réseau. Les utilisateurs concernés peuvent entendre une voix robotique ou subir des coupures audio pendant leurs appels.     Saturation has been detected in DC1 Datacenter especially in the morning, we are checking it with DC Network Team VoIP-VoIP traffic now 100% in DC2 since 23.06.2026 10:00 CEST Outgoing call traffic redirected 100% to datacenter DC2 since 23.06.2026 11:00 CEST Incoming call traffic redirected 50% to datacenter DC1 and 50% to DC2 (could be affected too)
