Summary
Exclaimer Engineers have confirmed that the incident has been resolved. The issue was caused by a Cloudflare incident (https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/ryvhi2suec0d) affecting connectivity between Cloudflare and Azure that prevented routing traffic to one of our available UAE Datacenters, which remained healthy throughout. Exclaimer Engineers worked around the issue by routing traffic away from the impacted route until Cloudflare had resolved the issue and all traffic is now routing as normal following testing and a period of extended monitoring. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our great support team, who will be more than happy to help answer any questions.
