Our Messaging platform (myMSP) experienced delivery issues between 2020-09-15 09:17 and 10:05. The API was accessible but messages where not being sent or delivered. The issue has been resolved. All queued messages have been sent and delivered. Issue start: 2020-09-15 09:17 Issue resolved: 2020-08-21 10:05 Cause: Temporary software issue. Impact: Delivery of messages delayed. No messages where lost.
