We have identified an issue with SWAN notebook sessions created prior to Friday 30th September 13:30 AEST. The errors seen might be a "504 session time out" / "502 error" and/or hanging browser. This was due to an emergency backend change performed on Friday 30th September 13:30 AEST to apply certain security restrictions to the service. Sessions created after Friday 30th September 13:30 AEST will not be impacted and should run as normal. Unfortunately as a workaround the sessions created prior (impacted sessions) have now been stopped. If you have one of these sessions, you will now need to launch a new one. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
