Portal access partially operational

Pay invoice links have been enabled again for all firms. Clients can use the payment links in their invoice and statement emails to pay. This includes links in these emails sent prior to and during the disruption, so you don't need to resend them. What’s working: - Pay invoice and statement links in emails - Firm Portal access - Client Portal sign-in and payments after signing in Still unavailable while we finish restoring them: - Quick payment links and the "pay without an account" option - Sign-in using an invoice number and client number - "Log in as client" for firm staff

    Aiwyn Firm and Client Portals are back online following Sunday night’s temporary outage. Some features remain temporarily disabled while we work to restore full functionality.
