Summary

Statements sent to unintended recipients

The issue affecting automated statement sending has been resolved. The underlying cause has been corrected, the affected client and contact records have been restored to their previous state, and automated statement sending has been re-enabled. As a precaution, we restored statement sending in staggered batches today with active monitoring at each step, and have not observed any further unintended sends. Normal service is fully restored. We have reached out directly to the small number of firms whose clients were affected by an unintended statement during this incident. If you have not heard from us individually, your firm was not impacted. We are sorry for the disruption this caused, and appreciate your patience while we worked through it.
